1Data controller
Gianluca Spada, Castel Maggiore (BO), Italy. For any question about your data, you can write to me at gianlucaspadadrone@gmail.com.
2What cookies are
Cookies are small files that a website saves in your browser. Similar tools, such as the browser's local storage (localStorage and sessionStorage), serve the same purpose. They can be "first-party", meaning they belong to the website you are visiting, or "third-party", meaning they belong to other services.
3Technical tools (always on)
They make the website work and don't require consent. They contain no data that identifies you.
- gs-consent (local storage, first-party): remembers your choices on this notice. It lasts 12 months.
- gs-anim (session storage, first-party): avoids repeating the page animations during the same visit. It is deleted when you close the tab.
4Statistics (only with your consent)
If you accept them, I use Cloudflare Web Analytics to find out anonymously how many people visit the website and which pages they look at. It uses no cookies, doesn't follow you to other websites and doesn't build profiles. Without your consent it isn't loaded.
The website uses no advertising or profiling cookies.
5External services
- Google Fonts: provides the website's typefaces. It sets no cookies, but it receives your device's IP address.
- Cloudflare (cdnjs): provides the graphics library for the 360° panorama. It sets no cookies, but it receives your device's IP address.
- Google Drive: only in the Client Area and only after you sign in, it shows the previews and videos of your files and lets you download them. It may use its own cookies: Google's privacy policy applies.
- Instagram: the website only contains links to my profile. If you open them, Meta's privacy policy applies.
6Transfers outside the European Union
Google and Cloudflare may also process data in the United States, with the safeguards of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the standard contractual clauses.
7How to manage your consent
On your first visit, a notice asks what you want to enable: you can accept everything, reject everything or choose with "Customise". Closing the notice with the X counts as a refusal.
You can change your mind at any time with the "Cookie preferences" link at the bottom of every page. Your choice is remembered for 12 months, after which I'll ask again.
You can also delete the saved data from your browser settings (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge).
8Your rights
You can exercise your rights under the GDPR by writing to me at gianlucaspadadrone@gmail.com, and lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali). You'll find the details in the privacy notice.
9Changes
I update this page if the services I use change. The date at the top shows the current version.
