1About the website
The website presents my drone filming services: weddings, parties and events, vehicles, inspections, venues and businesses. The information is indicative and may change: I do my best to keep it accurate and up to date, but I can't always guarantee it.
The photos and videos on the website are examples of my work and do not represent a guaranteed result for every service.
2Requests and quotes
Sending a request through the form or by email creates no obligation, for you or for me. Before the quote, I check on d-flight that flying is allowed in the places you've mentioned.
The work is governed only by the accepted quote and the signed contract. Anyone who sends a request undertakes to provide truthful information.
3Client Area
When the job is ready, I email you a username and password for the Client Area, where you'll find your photos and videos to view and download. Your login details are personal: don't share them with anyone who shouldn't see the files.
The files stay available for 60 days from your first sign-in; after that the area closes and the files are deleted. I recommend downloading them straight away and keeping a copy. If you didn't manage to download them in time, write to me and I'll email them to you in a zip folder.
4Flights and safety
I only fly where and when it's allowed, in line with EU Regulation 2019/947 and the guidance of ENAC and d-flight, and only if the weather makes it safe. This is why filming dates and times may sometimes have to change.
5Ownership of content
The website's texts, photos, videos, logo and illustrations are mine or used with permission. You may not copy, modify or use them without my written permission.
If you recognise yourself in an image on the website and want it removed, write to me and I'll take it down.
6Links to other websites
The website contains links to third-party services, such as Instagram, EUR-Lex, ENAC and the Italian Data Protection Authority. I am not responsible for their content or their privacy policies.
7Liability
To the extent permitted by law, I am not liable for damage caused by interruptions or errors on the website, or by using the information in ways other than intended.
8Privacy and cookies
How I handle your data is explained in the privacy notice; which tools the website uses is explained in the cookie policy.
9Governing law and jurisdiction
Italian law applies. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Bologna, except for the consumer's own court when the user is a consumer.
10Changes
I may update these terms. The version published on this page, with the date of the last update, is the one that applies.
